In response to the increased demand for our Commercial services, AMC Consultants is looking for a Contracts Administrator to work in our Corporate office which is based in Melbourne.

Who you will be reporting to
Daniel Evans – Commercial Manager – you will be reporting to Daniel. Daniel has experience in Finance, Risk Management and Compliance and joined AMC having previously practiced law in both the private sector and more recently with the Victorian Government. Daniel will be responsible for overseeing your day to day tasks as well as your overall progression and development at AMC. Daniel is an avid sports fan and participant having previously played rugby and soccer growing up in the UK.

Now a bit more information about the role
Specialist skills required:
• Legal, commercial or comparable previous experience as a contract’s administrator especially in the negotiation and finalisation of services agreements and confidentiality agreements;
• Experience in end to end legal and contractual matters;
• Practical commercial legal understanding;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Strong client and team focus;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications required:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant commercial position or comparable role;
• Relevant legal qualifications would be considered a positive; and
• Membership of an industry recognized professional organisation.

The salary package offered for this position will be commensurate with the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
